Landscape Creator

Sheet A-000 Built on Unreal Engine 5.8 · Pre-launch

The render is the workspace.

Landscape Creator is professional design software for residential design-build. The photoreal walkthrough, the 2D plan, and the plant schedule are one living model — walk your client through the garden in the first meeting, then hand them the plan set.

01 Why it exists

Fast like a game. Rigorous like CAD.

Legacy CAD takes years to learn and renders through an export pipeline. AI photo toys make a pretty picture and no buildable plan. Landscape Creator is the middle: from site to sellable walkthrough to buildable plan set, in one sitting.

02 Real-time 3D

Design inside the finished garden

Built on Unreal Engine 5.8, the photoreal walkthrough is where you design — not a button you press at the end. Every minute you spend designing, the scene is already presentation-ready.

  • Walk clients through the garden in the first meeting, at eye level, in dusk light.
  • No export pipeline. Nothing to sync to a separate renderer, nothing to break.
  • Learn it in a day, not two years. Opinionated defaults, one plant database, a plan set that is built in.

03 Live 2D ↔ 3D

Never press Update

Move a tree in 3D and the plan redraws and the plant schedule recounts — instantly. There is no recalculate, no regenerate, no update button anywhere in the app. The plan, the scene, and the schedules are one living model.

  • Professional 2D plan workspace in the same app: drawing tools, snapping, dimensions, annotations, masks, title blocks.
  • Edit on either side. Draft in plan, refine in 3D, or the reverse — both stay current.
  • Revisions collapse. A client change is one move, not an afternoon of redlines.

04 Plant intelligence

800+ species that count themselves

A curated plant database with photos and horticultural data drives every placement. Drop plants in the scene and the photo-rich schedule builds itself — quantities, sizes, botanical names, always current.

  • Photo-rich schedules your crew and your nursery can actually read.
  • Horticultural data attached: habit, mature size, exposure — on every specimen.
  • CSV export for ordering and takeoffs.

05 Deliverables

The plan set is built in

One click produces a 36×24 in, three-sheet PDF plan set — plan, plant schedule, materials — plus CSV schedules for ordering. The deliverable is not an afterthought bolted onto a renderer; it is the other half of the product.

  • Sheet 1: dimensioned plan with title block and annotations.
  • Sheet 2: photo-rich plant schedule.
  • Sheet 3: materials and areas.

06 Client review

A link that closes the deal

Publish once and send a permanent link. Your client opens the design in the browser, walks the garden, and leaves feedback exactly where they mean it. Their notes import straight back into your working file.

  • Permanent client link — always shows the latest version, version history preserved.
  • Feedback imports back into the app; no screenshots-in-email archaeology.
  • Cloud projects with version history, so every revision is recoverable.

08 One sitting

Site to sellable walkthrough to buildable plan

  1. Set the site

Block out the property — boundaries, levels, existing trees — in minutes, in 3D from the start.

  2. Design

Place plants, paths, and structures in the photoreal scene or on the 2D plan. Both stay current.

  3. Walk the client through

Present the garden at eye level in the first meeting, or send the permanent browser link.

  4. Hand over the plan set

One click: 36×24 in three-sheet PDF — plan, plant schedule, materials — plus CSV schedules.
